At Amplified Crown, each product is handcrafted with care using high-quality, natural ingredients to support healthy, thriving hair. Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped.
However, if you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.

Final Sale Policy
All products are considered final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped. To cancel, please Contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Shipping & Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for: delays or losses from incorrect addresses or packages marked as "Delivered" but not received. If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

Allergic Reactions, Product Use & Storage
Please review all ingredients and patch test before full use. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or product misuse. All Amplified Crown products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. For best results and to maintain product quality: follow the usage and storage instructions provided on the label. For external use only. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight. Avoid water contact.  Discontinue use if irritation occurs. 

Because we don’t use artificial dyes or stabilizers, color, texture, or scent may vary slightly from batch to batch or darken over time. This is a normal part of using natural ingredients and does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
